About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer to join our team and help design, build, and deploy intelligent solutions that enhance our products and internal workflows. In this role, you will work with modern AI frameworks, large language models, and automation tools to create scalable and innovative applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models, including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and services.
- Design and maintain data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software development, product, data engineering) to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Monitor model performance and continuously refine algorithms for accuracy and efficiency.
- Document processes, models, and system architectures.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Experience working with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, or RAG pipelines.
- Knowledge of data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and API development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying AI models into production environments.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or Azure Machine Learning.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and generative AI systems.
- Experience working with big data technologies.
